Human Resources
Contracts, performance, policies, staff welfare, grievances and discipline go hand in hand with help and safeguarding: the HR Officer sits on the safeguarding committee, and a staff concern can start with either.
ICT
Something not working: the laptop, the network, your account, Mufasa or the hub. The form opens a message to the System Admins in your own mail app.
